# P2E - Appeals

Before opening a Ticket, be sure that you have fully read the docs and the ⁠whitepaper.

**!ticket** (Create a help ticket thread)

**Provide us with :**

* Steam ID
* Last game played
* Wallet Address

**Now you need to wait until Core, Knights, Guards answer your ticket.**
